Our facilities, totalling 7 acres, are strategically located for access to the national motorway network and include a modern processing mill, a component and finishing factory, modern offices, warehousing and interior and exterior loading areas.

Using modern kilns, with computer-controlled drying, we have the ability to handle 300 cubic metres per month with consistent, exact moisture content and minimum degrade.

The Sawmill includes a sophisticated ripping line, multi-rip saws, crosscuts, and high-tech, six-head moulding machines. A new air filtration and dust extraction system was installed in 2006.

A tool room provides knives and cutters for sharpening and bespoke moulding profiles. In addition a purpose-built finishing factory includes an automatic lacquer, stacking and drying process.
